2. Bookings and Purchases
You may make bookings, purchase gift vouchers, and order other items through this website. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store any payment information on our servers. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. By booking a visit, you agree to follow our in-house rules regarding cat welfare, hygiene, and respectful conduct.
Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy
Bookings may be rescheduled up to 12 hours in advance, and cancelled up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund. No refunds will be given for no-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking.
3. Age Restrictions
To ensure a safe environment for both guests and animals, visitors must be at least 16 years of age. Children under this age must be accompanied by an adult.
4. Liability
We strive to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment. However, by entering the café, you acknowledge and accept the natural unpredictability of animal behaviour. Cat-titude Café is not liable for injuries, allergic reactions, or damage to personal property resulting from interactions with our cats or use of our premises.
5. Personal Data & Privacy
We collect your name, email address, and phone number when you complete forms or make a purchase. This information is used only to provide our services and communicate with you. We never sell your data.
